(We used some thyme and paprika, but you could add whatever herbs\/spice you&rsquo;d like!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<p>Pulse lentils in a food processor until coarsely ground; transfer to a large mixing bowl.\u00a0Add everything else to the lentils\u00a0and mix.\u00a0Divide the mixture into four equally sized portions, roll into balls, and flatten into patties.<\/p>\n<p>Coat a\u00a0baking sheet with non-stick spray and bake the patties at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes each side.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Healthy Lentil Burgers Modified from\u00a0here.
